Imagery
Photography and before/after comparisons shown on this website are illustrative demonstrations and are not photographs of AVBM Holdings projects. They will be replaced with project photography once completed work can be published with client permission.
Quotations and scope
No pricing is published on this website. All work is quoted per project against a written scope following a site assessment. A quotation is valid only for the scope, areas, frequency and programme stated in it.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. A contract arises only when a written scope or quotation is accepted in writing by both parties.
Site conditions and compliance
Work is carried out in accordance with the site rules and induction requirements of the principal contractor. Project-specific compliance documentation can be incorporated according to contract requirements and verified company credentials.
Limitations
AVBM Holdings provides general construction cleaning, rubble clearing, commercial cleaning and landscaping. Hazardous-waste, asbestos and specialist HAZMAT removal are not offered.
