AVBM Holdings is a South African private company providing construction cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning and landscaping services. Our focus is transforming the construction environment into a clean, presentable, handover-ready property.
Our focus is construction site cleaning — both during the build and after it. We resource structured cleaning teams for each contract to keep active sites organised and manage debris and dust, and then carry the development through post-construction cleaning, final detailing and handover preparation.
Landscaping is a secondary service that completes the picture: once the interior is clean, the exterior grounds of a development also need to be cleared, prepared and presented. Together this forms our sequence — build, clean, detail, landscape, handover.
The company is registered and operates from Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng, and is available to support residential developments, commercial buildings, industrial property, renovation contracts and institutional projects.
