Commercial Cleaning
Cleaning for Buildings Already in Operation.
A support division alongside our construction cleaning work: scheduled cleaning for completed commercial, retail, industrial and institutional buildings.
Scope
Facilities Cleaning, Structured Around the Building
Once a development is occupied, the presentation of the property becomes an ongoing requirement. We provide cleaning teams for that phase too.
Offices & Corporate Floors
Workstations, meeting rooms, boardrooms, kitchens and shared facilities on a scheduled cycle.
Lobbies & Common Areas
Entrances, reception areas, lift lobbies, stairwells and corridors kept presentable throughout the day.
Retail & Shopping Centre Space
Tenant units, mall floors and back-of-house areas cleaned around trading hours.
Industrial & Warehouse
Floors, walkways, loading areas and staff facilities in operational industrial buildings.
Hard Floors & Glass
Floor scrubbing and maintenance, internal glass and reachable glazing cleaning.
Post-Occupancy Deep Cleans
Periodic deep cleans for buildings already in use, including tenant change-overs.
How It Works
Commercial Is Secondary — Construction Comes First.
Our primary focus remains construction site cleaning. Commercial cleaning is offered where a client needs continuity after handover, or where a property group requires ongoing support.
- Scope, frequency and attendance times agreed in writing per building
- Teams supplied with the equipment and consumables required for the agreed scope
- Work planned around tenant operations, trading hours and access control
- Cleaning of completed commercial premises only — we do not offer domestic household packages
Commercial Cleaning
Cleaning Beyond Construction.
After handover, AVBM can continue with recurring commercial cleaning so a building stays in the condition it was delivered in.
